​I am passionate about flavours and ingredients. All cakes, cookies and confections at Lemon Tree Cakes are made fresh to order using the best ingredients such as free range eggs, British butter, fair-trade sugar, Belgian chocolate, Madagascan Bourbon Pure Vanilla by Nielsen- Massey and curds and preserves from Fortnum and Mason. Four layers of sponge cake filled with three layers of filling per tier and covered with Belgian chocolate ganache and fondant icing which gives me the perfect canvas for endless creativity.
