Once you have chosen your cake, use the guide below to help you calculate how much cake you need. if you wish to serve the cake as a dessert, serve it with fresh berries, cream or ice cream. Servings are based on 1" x 1" slices of finger portions and 1" x 2" slices of dessert portions. Portion sizes are based on round tiers and are approximate.
