I have designed and delivered wedding cakes both in London and beyond and have successfully run the business for over 7 years. I also design wedding cakes for destination weddings. My approach is
both considered and bespoke. My style contemporary and minimalistic. My work is inspired by paintings, pottery and ceramic sculptures and I am drawn to textures, movement and muted tones.
I want to get to know you as a couple and understand the vision you have for your wedding cake. This enables me to create a cake that is not only personal and authentic to you but also one that harmonises with your venue and theme enhancing your celebration.
My business originated from a love for all things creative. As a child growing up in India experiencing intimate gatherings and weddings that brought people together always made me happy.

Travelling exposes me to various cultures and architectural wonders, fuelling my imagination with vibrant colours and intricate designs.
Art, with its vast spectrum of styles and techniques, sparks my creativity and helps me experiment with different textures and visual effects. The rich patterns and luxurious materials found in textiles and couture provide endless ideas for unique and sophisticated cake designs, allowing me to blend elegance and innovation in each creation.
This eclectic mix of inspirations enables me to craft cakes that are not only delicious but also visually stunning masterpieces.

Every part of the process from conceptualising the cake to cutting and tasting it at our wedding was enjoyable and flawless. Pam created several ideas/mock-ups for us, and we collaboratively decided on a stunning modern cake with beautiful cascading pearls that matched my dress. The cake was so popular with our guests that there was none left over for breakfast the next day! As a bonus, Pam hand paints the most amazing customised cookies. For us, she painted them with motifs from our weekend and we included these in our guest’s gift bags. If you want a delicious and 100% customised cake and to work with a truly kind and professional human, then we cannot recommend Pam more highly.

I would say we made one of the best decisions when we decided to have our wedding cake made by Pam. She is very talented and artistic. Communication was very clear from day 1. She listened to all our ideas and made our dream cake happen. I only have good things to say about her. What can I say, SHE IS THE BEST! Honestly, the cake is just so delicious. My husband and I literally finished nearly the entire cake. It was that good. I would proudly recommend Pam to anyone and I will surely be ordering more of her creations on the next occasions.

So grateful to have been able to work with Pam on our dream wedding cake. What she created was so amazing, really understanding that in a location like a tropical glass house you want your cake to stand out and be a real WOW' addition to the day. We had three flavours and all were utterly delicious. And to boot, she made the most beautiful hand painted biscuits for all our guests as favours.

"I like to think fate brought us to Pam and Lemon Tree Cakes. I was originally on the hunt for a Filipino-owned bakery for our Filipino-American-British wedding. Pam offered an impressive portfolio of beautiful cakes, which suited the "cool bride" aesthetic I was hoping to achieve. She was receptive to our feedback and very patient with our questions. We opted for a vintage-style yellow, orange and pink three-tiered cake that looked like it came straight out of a Wes Anderson movie! On top of that, the cake was a massive hit among our guests, with many friends telling us that they had seconds, thirds, and even fifth-helpings of our wedding cake. We're still indulging in our leftovers more than a week after the wedding, and guess what? The cake is still so moist and the buttercream tastes as good as day I."

On the day, nature was not in favour of the cake - we had a sudden 30 degree heatwave and a location inside a glass greenhouse.
