Every part of the process from conceptualising the cake to cutting and tasting it at our wedding was enjoyable and flawless. Pam created several ideas/mock-ups for us, and we collaboratively decided on a stunning modern cake with beautiful cascading pearls that matched my dress. The cake was so popular with our guests that there was none left over for breakfast the next day! As a bonus, Pam hand paints the most amazing customised cookies. For us, she painted them with motifs from our weekend and we included these in our guest’s gift bags. If you want a delicious and 100% customised cake and to work with a truly kind and professional human, then we cannot recommend Pam more highly.

"I like to think fate brought us to Pam and Lemon Tree Cakes. I was originally on the hunt for a Filipino-owned bakery for our Filipino-American-British wedding. Pam offered an impressive portfolio of beautiful cakes, which suited the "cool bride" aesthetic I was hoping to achieve. She was receptive to our feedback and very patient with our questions. We opted for a vintage-style yellow, orange and pink three-tiered cake that looked like it came straight out of a Wes Anderson movie! On top of that, the cake was a massive hit among our guests, with many friends telling us that they had seconds, thirds, and even fifth-helpings of our wedding cake.
