WEDDING CAKE FLAVOURS

​I am passionate about taste and believe that a beautiful wedding deserves a cake that tastes delicious.
I use quality ingredients such as French butter, free range eggs, Belgian chocolate and British flour. All jams, curds, pralines, syrups, and caramel are made in house creating flavours inspired by the seasons, and cakes that are full of flavour and texture.
Cakes have four layers of sponge filled with three layers of filling per tier and are covered in a smooth white chocolate ganache and fondant icing which gives me the perfect canvas for endless creativity.
 
VANILLA BEAN (contains alcohol)
 vanilla bean buttercream, strawberry preserve, champagne syrup, and ruby chocolate ganache.
CHOCOLATE SALTED CARAMEL (contains nuts)
  salted caramel buttercream, feuilletine and hazelnut praline, dark chocolate ganache.
LEMON BLUEBERRY 
 vanilla buttercream, fresh blueberries, lemon curd, white chocolate ganache.
ORANGE ALMOND (contains nuts)
mascarpone buttercream, orange blossom syrup, apricot compote and white chocolate ganache.
COCONUT LIME 
 coconut buttercream, mango and passionfruit gelée, white chocolate ganache.
PISTACHIO (contains nuts)
vanilla bean buttercream, rose syrup, raspberry gelée and white chocolate ganache.
SPICED APPLE
beurre noisette buttercream, walnut crumble, pear compote.
RASPBERRY FIG
vanilla bean buttercream, fig compote, dark chocolate ganache.
