​I am passionate about flavours and ingredients. All cakes, cookies and confections at Lemon Tree Cakes are made fresh to order using the best ingredients such as free range eggs, French butter, fair-trade sugar, Belgian chocolate, Madagascan vanilla and curds and preserves. Four layers of sponge cake filled with three layers of filling per tier and covered with a smooth white chocolate ganache and fondant icing which gives me the perfect canvas for endless creativity.
