I am passionate about flavours and ingredients. All cakes, cookies and confections at Lemon Tree Cakes are made fresh to order using the best ingredients such as free range eggs, British butter, fair-trade sugar, Belgian chocolate, Madagascan vanilla and curds and preserves. Four layers of sponge cake filled with three layers of filling per tier and covered with a smooth white chocolate ganache and fondant icing which gives me the perfect canvas for endless creativity.

Vanilla and Champagne
Light Vanilla sponge soaked in champagne syrup, layered with strawberry preserve and vanilla swiss meringue buttercream

Zesty Lemon cake studded with fresh blueberries, filled with delicious lemon curd and layered with vanilla swiss meringue buttercream
Pistachio and cardamom cake infused with rose syrup and layered with raspberry preserve and white chocolate ganache
Spiced ginger cake infused in stem ginger syrup, filled with poached pears and decadent dark chocolate ganache
White chocolate cake filled with pistachio praline and black current preserve, and layered white chocolate ganache
Rich coffee cake filled with hazelnut praline, and layered in dark chocolate ganache
